The 2012 Judo BC Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 16th at the Executive Airport Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre, 73111 Westminster Hwy, Richmond.
We ask that you review the Registration Package carefully in order to adhere to the published deadlines which affect ALL voting member.
The package contains:
- General information sheet
- Draft AGM Agenda
- Funded Voting Member Registration Form – due April 23rd at 4:00pm
- Notice of Resolution Form - due May 22nd at 4:00pm
- Director Nomination Form - due May 22nd at 4:00pm
- Non-Funded Voting Member Registration Form – due May 28th at 4:00pm
- Proxy Form – due June 11th at 4:00pm
The complete meeting package will be distributed via email, e-newsletter and posted to our website on May 28th.
